Dr. Allyson Suit
Dr. Allyson Suit is a general dentist in the Charleston, SC area and has been practicing for 5 years. Dr. Suit completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She went on to attend Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2013. After graduation, she returned to her hometown of Ormond Beach, FL to begin practicing dentistry.
Dr. Suit enjoys working on a diverse patient population, from pediatric patients to senior citizens, and believes all patients deserve a safe, skilled, and caring dental home. Dr. Suit’s patients describe her as comfortable, empathetic, and gentle, and she prides herself in building long-term relationships with them.
Dr. Suit believes strongly in the value of continuing education, and routinely participates in courses to further her knowledge of dentistry. She is a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Suit recently relocated to the Charleston, SC area with her fiancé, a nuclear mechanic in the Navy. Dr. Suit is a true animal lover. She and her fiancé have three cats, one rabbit, and a hedgehog. When she isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Suit spends her free time playing video games, cooking, baking, and traveling.
Dr. Ryan Herald
Dr. Herald is originally from Beaver, Pennsylvania. He attended Ohio State University for his bachelors, and then received his dental license from the University of Maryland. His mission is to promote and repair children and adults oral health to the best of his abilities. Dr. Herald has been practicing children’s dentistry for 2 years and is excited to be a part of our Smile On Dental family.
He decided to become a children’s dentist because children’s curiosity and enthusiasm make teaching healthy dental habits very rewarding for him. Dr. Herald is a family man, and when he is not working he enjoys weight training, traveling and cooking.
